Have beautiful, timeless, and memorable favors created during your next event! Silhouette portraits are drawn, printed and framed by Ashlimarierose & her team on site. Guests are able to be entertained by watching a live artist at work and then go home with their own special heirloom piece!
The Process
Ashlimarierose and her team supplies all their necessary materials including table, chairs, and art supplies. We set up 1-2 hours before the event and breakdown takes about an hour. I try to keep our outfits and set up in the same style as the event so if you have special colors, a theme or any other plans, please let me know!
During the event, we quickly take a side profile photo of guests that want their portrait created. Then I draw, print and frame custom portraits! Guests are more than welcome to watch! However, they don't have to sit/wait for their portrait and can instead mingle and enjoy the event! When they're ready to leave, they can pick up their custom silhouette art!
Event breakdown typically takes us 1 hour.
Guest Numbers/Portrait Timing
Individual portraits typically take me 8-10 minutes to draw, print and frame. I try to make sure that I have enough time to draw everyone at the event so it's important to have an accurate guest count and timetable before then.
Pricing
I charge per number of guests/portrait style at the event. The following is our current price list:

8x10 Portrait in Hand Signed Matte Booklet

Please note that these are local prices only. For events outside of Hampton Roads, travel, lodging and food costs are in addition to portrait pricing. For details and a price estimate, feel free to reach out to me!
Payment
Once your event is confirmed, 50% of the total payment must be paid to secure your booking date. At least 14 days before your event, the final 50% must be paid. Invoices/ways to pay will be sent for each.
